The Otesaga is a four-diamond hotel in Cooperstown NY. As a bellman I was required to provide exceptional customer service. This was especially important when assisting Baseball Hall of Fame inductees on Induction Weekend and other important VIP's. Another important job was organizing hundreds of guests luggage and car keys.
